PLANS for developing and restoring Britain's only Grade I listed pier have gone on display.
They are available for public inspection at Hove Town Hall and the advice centre in Bartholomew Square in Brighton.
The most controversial part of the proposal is two large pavilions on either side of the pier at the shore end for shopping, food and drink and leisure.
Brighton and Hove City Council says staff will be happy to answer questions.
Consultation letters are being sent to nearby residents and amenity groups.
Anyone wishing to comment has three weeks to do so.
Comments should go to the planning department at Hove Town Hall.
