HUNDREDS of people will be consulted again about revised plans for a seafront leisure project.
Developers St Modwen put in plans earlier this year for two large shore-line buildings on either side of the West Pier in Brighton.
The company and the West Pier Trust say they are essential for a restored West Pier to be viable.
But designs have been changed after public comments in a revised application to Brighton and Hove City Council.
The new proposals are being advertised by the council and comments can be made on them until October 25.
Council officials are also reconsulting 650 people who live near the scheme and local amenity groups.
The letters will go to people in Regency Square and in King's Road between the Brighton Hotel and the Brighton Centre.
Revised plans are available for viewing at the council's information and advice centres at Hove Town Hall and Bartholomew House in Brighton on weekdays, between 9am and 4.30pm.
Application documents and a model of the proposals are available at the Trust offices on the West Pier during office hours.
